To see participants leave the closing disco having forged new friendships, tried new sports, enjoyed the social events and community day and looking forward to Carnival 2013 means that we achieved our aims. You were a part of that and the part you played meant that someone else didn’t have to do that bit. All the bits, big and small, came together to bring life to our Carnival.
